Our Story, Born From Family
At Prime IV Hydration & Wellness in Bluffton, SC, our mission is deeply personal. As a locally owned family business, we are passionate about helping our neighbors achieve better health through personalized care, advanced wellness therapies, and education.
Our family opened Prime IV after watching our daughter struggle with an autoimmune illness and spending years searching for solutions that addressed wellness from the inside out. Rather than relying solely on medications, we researched holistic and wellness-focused therapies and discovered the powerful benefits of IV vitamin therapy.
